Drink / Bar Packages

Wine & Champagne — Priced per bottle at market rate. A curated selection of Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, and Champagne.
Beer — Priced per person. Rotating seasonal taps, plus a wide selection of domestic and imported canned beers.
Pre-Batched Cocktails — Priced per person. Served from a self-dispensing container for easy, seamless service throughout your event.

Bar Service Options
Open Bar Choose the setup that works best for your event. Hosts can pay a flat fee upfront for unlimited drinks, or drink tickets can be issued to guests for a set number of drinks each.

Bao Package — Starting at $540. A combination of pork belly and brisket bao bites, served with your choice of salad, pork fried rice, and bread pudding portions.
Smoked Salmon Package — Starting at $400. A half salmon plank, served with your choice of salad and a cheese and fruit display with crackers.
Slider Package — Starting at $380. A combination of 40 burger and chicken sammy sliders, served with your choice of salad, crispy fries or pork rind baskets, and bread pudding portions or churros.
Charcuterie Package — Starting at $400. A generous charcuterie board featuring deli-style meats, smoked salmon, pork belly, roasted carrots, fruit and cheese, served with crackers and crusty bread.
Breakfast Selection — Starting at $240. A selection of fresh pastries including cinnamon rolls with cream cheese or caramel frosting, plus veggie and brisket mini quiches. Bacon or sausage available as an add-on.
